*There must be at least one automatic transfer per month of $10 or more from a National Penn (or its divisions) checking account. If a transfer does not occur and the balance is not $250 or greater on the first business day of the following month, the account will be charged a $3 fee. No transfers will occur if insufficient funds. Withdrawals permitted, no early withdrawal penalty.
